Looking For A Doctor

Coker, Alabama

Weather: low 73 degrees, high 92 degrees, mostly clear skies

After the work of the last two days with the yard sale, we took it easy this morning until about noon. Then I dumped our holding tanks while Carolyn defrosted the refrigerator. After dumping the tanks, I went out to Terri's house and started mowing so I won't have so much to do this next week. Then it was back to town to go pick up Thomas in Birmingham after his trip to Athens to visit his dad for the weekend. We got back to the RV about 1900 hours and had a sandwich for supper because we didn't want to fix anything or go out to eat.

Tomorrow, we will be looking for a doctor to see Carolyn about a problem she is having with the calf of her left leg. This problem started about two months ago and has gotten worse. Normally, we prefer to see our doctors in Texas, but sometimes we have to find one wherever we happen to be. Luckily, we have had good luck in the doctors we see occasionally on the road, and I hope tomorrow will be a good visit for Carolyn.

Since the yard sale is finished, I will be taking what's left to the Salvation Army when we return from the doctor's office. Then I'll go back to the house and try to finish the mowing. Tuesday, I'll be working with that instrument of torture, the weed eater.

It's been a busy week. Maybe we're almost to the point where things will slow down some.

More later, be safe.
